About Motor City Garage

In December of 2015, I opened Motor City Garage on East Plane Street in Hackettstown, NJ. I knew that I would get to be my own boss someday, and I wasn't going to let anything stop me!

I know how to take care of problems, and I don't rush into things. Important things can be missed when you rush, but that doesn't mean I waste time either. I also don't like to waste materials. For example, when I do an oil change, I re-use that oil to heat my building. No money wasted hauling it away, no oil spilled, very environmentally friendly. I resurface your rotors on site. I inspect them closely, and if I can resurface them, I do it. This practice not only saves my customers money but also saves waste from ending up in landfills. I witnessed too much waste when I was a boy, and I didn't want to be part of that as an adult. I make sure that all the tires are properly recycled. I save all the parts I replace for my customers to inspect. Then I have them recycled too.
